  Lady Gaga released the dark music video for her new single Disease on Wednesday as she makes her grand return to music.

  The next scene then cuts to her chained up in the dark wearing white
  underwear and covered in scars as she stands on top of yet another version of
  herself. 
  
  She then wraps her legs around the other Lady Gaga to try and strangle her as the tension intensifies. 
  
  The scary leather clad character from earlier is then seen vomiting black
  liquid next to another Lady Gaga who is lying on the crown.
  
  She is then seen trying to escape the chaos as she gets trapped between two closing walls that eventually crush her to death. 
  
  It comes as Lady Gaga, 38, revealed she was 'overwhelmed' by her
  Little Monsters' reaction to her latest tune Disease.
  
  The pop superstar said she feels 'insane joy' about her fandom's response
