  First off I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  I was interested to find out how you center yourself and
  clear your thoughts before writing. I have had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my
  thoughts out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to
  15 minutes tend to be lost just trying to figure out how to begin.

  When I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments
  are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added
  I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment.
